the kind of day you don’t want to end

Hannah and Max are the kind of couple that makes a room feel good just by being in it. Their July wedding at The Farm felt exactly like that, all day long. Hannah got ready in The Farmhouse, Max in The Loft, and somewhere in between the two of them arriving on site and saying their vows, a really beautiful day happened. Hannah's gown was simple and stunning, strapless with a full skirt and a bouquet of white roses and greenery that let everything else speak for itself. Max in a sand-colored suit, looking like he'd been waiting for this day for a while.

Their first look at The Starlight Barn, under the grapevines, was quiet and private in the best way. The bridal party hung back and watched as Hannah and Max exchanged their vows to each other before the ceremony even started. It was personal and intentional and set the tone for everything that followed. After photos, they jumped on the trolley for a few last shots before it headed out to pick up guests, which is a detail we love and don't see enough of.

“We absolutely loved everything about our experience at The Farm on Main! It was the very first venue we toured, and we knew both instantly that it was the one.

To start, the farm grounds are beautifully maintained. The bridal farmhouse is so quaint and charming, and it was the perfect place to spend the morning of my wedding. We had our ceremony outside in nature near the pond, and it was truly perfect. And the reception barn… breathtaking! I actually gasped the first time I saw it during our tour. One of the best things was having the entire farm grounds to ourselves for the entire day.

Throughout the planning process, the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. On our wedding day, everything was executed so seamlessly and was so well organized by the staff. We never had to worry about a thing. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was, how smooth the day went, how delicious the food tasted, and how much fun everyone had. We even had several people tell us it was the best wedding they’ve been to!

We could not be happier with how our wedding day turned out. It really was the most perfect day. At the end of the night, one of the staff members asked me how everything went, and I told him, word for word, “I want to live here.” That’s how much I loved my experience at The Farm on Main! Thank you so much to everyone at The Farm on Main for making our wedding day everything we have ever dreamed of.”

The ceremony at The Pond was unhurried and meaningful. Ceremonious Strings played as guests settled in, two readings were shared, and Hannah and Max received communion together before saying their vows out loud to everyone. When it was done, they sealed the deal with a kiss. Then, Max dipped her halfway back up the aisle and the whole crowd went with it.

After cocktail hour on the patio and side lawn, it was time to party. Hands raised walking into The Forsythe Barn. "Can't Take Your Eyes Off of You" for their first dance. Five speeches that actually landed. The espresso martini tower after dinner, the two of them taking the first sip together. Custom caps thrown out to the crowd from the DJ booth somewhere deep into the night.

And then the Lexylicious truck. Hannah and Max at the window, ice cream sandwiches in hand, not ready for the night to end. Nobody was. Hannah and Max, wishing you a happy farm forever after!
